Metadata Manager: Short Overview formatting problems

This is occurring under 3.0.5713.4 with both Chrome and IE.

 

I noticed that if the Short Overview is filled in, the label for it and even the short overview text itself is pushed inside the overview above. This can be seen in the screenshot as a barely visible grey text and a jumble of white in the last line of the full overview.

 

Also, is it intentional that when a field is null, the label moves inside that field's space? It just looks odd since the lines don't collapse more so there is a larger space between lines that are empty. You can see this with the Tagline label being on the line and the larger gap between website and tagline than all other fields.

This seems to be partly a function of the "Overview" field not automatically expanding/growing with its content. I'm noticing this across all browsers.

Only happens in Metadata Manager.  The edit pop-up window is fine.  Tested on 5983.
