Can't find "Send To" / Subtitle Issue

1.  Has the "Send To" for movies/episodes moved somewhere?  I can no longer find this, thought it would be in the (...) but it's not.  Also can't find it after starting a movie and I'm sure it used to be there also.    

 

2. Another problem is that I can't get the webclient to "always play" subtitles like in playback settings.  I can choose the subtitles after starting and then they play fine
