Not able to connect to Emby server using Roku

I recently downloaded the emby app for the roku box and am able to set everything up. However, when i try to connect to the Emby server it says for me to check if it is running. I am able to stream from my other devices though. Not sure what i am doing wrong.

Can you try the zip installation?
