Latency Spikes w/ Emby Server in Windows 10?

I'm not 100% sure when this problem arised, but I noticed it while trying to play BF4.  I'm getting some hard latency spikes on my PC while running Emby server.  When I close Emby the spikes seem to go away.

 

If I run a continuous ping to google.com w/ Emby running this is the kind of spike I see every 1-2 minutes:

Anyone have any ideas?  It looks like I have all the autoscheduled things set to run once a day, not every couple of minutes.
