Hello,

 

I install Emby on both OpenediaVault, Synology Or Debian and i have the same problem.

 

I cannot browser Network to add shared folder on nas (the attached file).

 

On Debian i found an alternative by mounting cifs share directly with :

sudo mount.cifs //192.168.x.x/video /home/emby/video -o user="xxxx"

 

Do i miss something to activate browsing option under Emby web interface ?

You are not alone. I think it's a general Emby limitation running on Linux.

It doesn't work for me either, running on CentOS.

Did you see anything in the logs?

 

I will try to test on my own when I have some time.

Yeah the "live" browsing part is yet to be implemented in unix.
