Auto Organize fails

I am attempting to add a new TV show to my server, and the naming convention is fairly standard (for example "Warehouse 13 S01E01 - Pilot.mkv") but Auto Organize is failing organize them, and will not even let me manually specify the show (it finds the season and episode numbers perfectly fine). After examining the logs, I believe this is an issue with HTTP requests, as this error keeps popping up : 2015-08-17 20:29:21.7796 Error - App: Error getting response from http://www.thetvdb.com/api/B89CE93890E9419B/series/84676/all/en.zip

 

I checked that Emby still has access through the firewall, and it does. I have not made any setting changes since the last time I used Auto Organize (last week; it worked perfectly fine).

 

What could be causing the server to fail to properly make HTTP requests, and how can I fix this? (I have attached a complete log).

All requests for anything outside your network are timing out.  Has to either be a network problem at the firewall, router or on the other side of the router.
