next up adjustments (please)

7, the Next Up functionality is really handy but I have two issues when using it lately.

 

First, it seems to come up WAY too early. Usually my show is still playing. Is it based off the "end %" in the server? It's appearing about 90 seconds before the end of my videos but most shows (at least mine) don't have the credits until the last 60 seconds or so.

 

Second issue is that on a touch device (and I have the touch layout selected not the k/m layout) the buttons are pretty small. I usually have to be very careful to actually press the button (and since it's up before the show even ends I tend to be trying to do that while watching the show).
