Emby won't play

I have installed Windows 10 as a new installation and without keeping any of the previous files or info. That went without a problem, I then downloaded Emby via the store and it found the server no problems but when I get to the stable screen that shows my movies, TV shows, folders etc all I see are a load of clapper board pictures instead of the covers and backdrops, no video previews either. When I try to play a movie I just get a spinning icon a day the word opening

What have I done wrong

I should also add that I updated the server to the latest stable release and also the android app seems to be having a similar problem

How do I get a refund since I can't get the program to work

Taffer if this doesn't work in multiple clients this is more likely an issue with the server, Windows configuration on your server, or your network setup.

 

Does everything work in the server web UI?
