Nathanio 35 Posted August 14, 2015 Posted August 14, 2015 Hi, I have a couple of times recently logged into my emby server by the webpage and found this: It should have there the options for movies, live tv etc but they aren't displaying. Occasionally logging off and back on fixes it but most time I have to restart the service. Thanks

blade005 185 Posted August 14, 2015 Posted August 14, 2015 Nathanio, You are not alone. This happens to me as well on occasion. Luke, This still occurs for me as well. I removed LIVE TV, hoping it would help and it has reduced how often it happens, but it has not eliminated it. I still have the REFRESH GUIDE task running, even though Live TV has been removed and it does seem to lock up the library when it is running. It can take anywhere from a couple of minutes to as long as 8-10 minutes to complete. While this task is running, my library is not accessible.

chef 3810 Posted August 14, 2015 Posted August 14, 2015 The only time I noticed this is if there is a media scan happening when I open the web client. Once the scan is over, the collection (movies, TV series etc.) options seem to appear.

Media scan can delay access, but I notice that once the scan is past about 40% progress I can begin to access and navigate the library. The Refresh Guide task will just lock it up until it closes out.
