Clicking Names Not Working Properly Anymore

Hi there,
     Im using server version 3.0.238.0 and my WMC plugin is version 3.0.5675.1. I use an Xbox360 via the extender.

Up until a few months ago I could click on a name of an actor or a director and it would show me all oher titles in my collection (and sometimes not in my collection) that featured that person. For instance if I clicked on Tom Hanks name it would display all of the other films of my colleciton he featured in, and I could click and play them from there.

Now it doesn't work.For instance I clicked on a name of an actor who I have over 30 titles of. I know this because it used to display all of them reliably. Now it shows only 3 titles when I click their name, despite the fact that all the other movies are still in the library. Then sometimes when I click that same name it'll give me 0 results, sometimes 2, but never more than 4. It's consistent with clicking all names.

Any ideas?

I can post a log, but what should I do in that session to produce useful data? Open, click on a name, and close it?

YW.  I highly recommend you update to the current release of EMC though (unless that was a typo).

Thanks for the tip. Is the best way to update just to download the newest releases? I remember doing that in the past and installing them, but having a lot of subsequent issues getting it to function properly again, so I just want to make sure that's the proper way of updating.

The best way to update is to do it from EMC itself.  If not from a prompt or the front page, then from the config page.
