Video Stuttering

Hi i am on ubuntu using Version 3.0.5675.1 and most of the time i play a video it starts stuttering i can play it using any other player and it works good. when i restart the server it works ok for few minutes but than again starts stuttering. i have attached the latest transcoding log and server log please let me know what else logs can i post. Thank you for a great product.

 

Edit: nm using docker now works perfectly
