NOCHTPC 1 Posted August 6, 2015 Posted August 6, 2015 Hi Forum, I have the latest beta build of the server and auto organized worked great until two weeks ago when it just stopped moving and organizing. I moved to windows 10 pre and it worked great until now. Any suggestions on how to get it up and running again? Oh, when I click organize to manually run it, nothing happens and no log shows that should appear.

NOCHTPC 1 Posted August 7, 2015 Author Posted August 7, 2015 Server Version 3.0.5675.1 The only thing that happenned when I clicked the organize button to manually activate it, the loading spinner spun in the middle of the screen for hours until I refreshed, but nothing showed in the logs where the organized media display, nothing such as failed or skipped. Log file is attached. server-63574497808.txt
Luke 42080 Posted August 7, 2015 Posted August 7, 2015 you have some paths that are too long, or rather, the new path was going to be too long The specified path, file name, or both are too long. The fully qualified file name must be less than 260 characters, and the directory name must be less than 248 characters.
NOCHTPC 1 Posted August 8, 2015 Author Posted August 8, 2015 has there been a change or something since I haven't changed the the path at all.
bluemonkey07 590 Posted August 8, 2015 Posted August 8, 2015 Maybe one of the files you are trying to organise has (or will have) a very long file name?
ebr 16185 Posted August 8, 2015 Posted August 8, 2015 No changes. This is a Windows limitation and has been so.
NOCHTPC 1 Posted August 10, 2015 Author Posted August 10, 2015 got it, thanks. I had to shorten the download folder from being buried within several folders in.
danergo 37 Posted August 21, 2015 Posted August 21, 2015 Hi guys! Is "Auto-Organizer" able to organize movie files as well? I'm planning to have a structure like the following: \downloads: here a torrent client downloads everything mixed. \movies: here should the "Auto-Organizer" put every movie directory (it can also rename it to the original title) \series: here should the "Auto-Organizer" put every series the same as the movies. What do you think?
