MisterMin 1 Posted August 4, 2015 Posted August 4, 2015 I bought the Windows Phone App some weeks ago and it worked all fine. Starting today I get the message that I cannot use the remote function in the trial and need to purchase the full app. I already reinstallled the app, same 'error' 1
WhiteGuyTranslating 2 Posted August 12, 2015 Posted August 12, 2015 Same issue for me. Apparently I shouldn't have upgraded to emby. Any way to resolve or downgrade?
ScottIsAFool 517 Posted August 17, 2015 Posted August 17, 2015 Have you tapped on the app bar in the main page, and tapped on unlock features? This will take you to an in app purchase. If you already had the app bought and paid for before the last update went out, you should be prompted with a free in app purchase that will let you unlock the features. 1

Scott, When I tap the in-app purchase button, it takes me to a page with a $3.49 price. Will this be free once I hit the "buy" button? I won't be charged the 3.49? Or should the page say "free"? I paid for the full version of this app months ago. Please help. Edited August 27, 2015 by scorchedcortex 1
MisterMin 1 Posted October 3, 2015 Author Posted October 3, 2015 Only option was to click the unlock features button, but i got charged another 3,50€, that is not acceptable since i already paid 5€ for the app!
ScottIsAFool 517 Posted October 4, 2015 Posted October 4, 2015 Sorry to hear that guys, I've reached out to you both privately.
sutt359 2 Posted October 4, 2015 Posted October 4, 2015 I'm also having this same problem. I purchased the full app some time ago. Cheers
rwitzel 1 Posted October 24, 2015 Posted October 24, 2015 I haven't purchased the windows phone app, but I am a lifetime premiere supporter. Should I be able to unlock the app as well?

chewitt 0 Posted November 14, 2015 Posted November 14, 2015 What is the solution for this? I am having the same issue. I rarely us the mobile app and am generally on it through the web interface. I just use the mobile app to show off.
mGraziano 2 Posted December 12, 2015 Posted December 12, 2015 Any solution yet? I also have this issue.
tonytoronto 1 Posted December 25, 2015 Posted December 25, 2015 Im getting the same issue. App worked fine until reset the phone, now wants me to pay another 3.49US.
ScottIsAFool 517 Posted December 28, 2015 Posted December 28, 2015 There's an update coming through today (hopefully) that reverts the app back to a paid/trial state rather than using in-app purchases. What this does mean is anyone who has had the app installed before that update comes out automatically gets the full app for free (I believe).
