Sorry, I can't seem to find the right spot for this.

 

During signup the "Terms of Use" doesn't seem to be available.  I know most people don't read, but a few of us like to glance through a bit before saying that we agree to them.

 

Not a huge deal as you can find later. 

 

It seems that the hyper-link is equal to the signup link.  This is observed in Aurora (Firefox) and Google Chrome.
