Web Interface not looking right

Last night I had to wipe and reload my CentOS 7 server and reinstall Emby.  i"m running emby Server 3.0.5621.4 (that's all I can upgrade to now)  

 

However since I re-added my media files and reset all my settings I have noticed that I'm missing menu items and default icons as described below.

 

 

Before when I logged into the web interface of emby on my home page it would show me my media selection, TV, Movies, Music, and each of those options had a colourful icon.  Now it's just a plain folder icon with a gray background.  (unlike before) 

 

And also before when I would click into lets say the TV folder, It would take me to the TV section and show a menu across the top, Suggestion, Latest, Upcoming, Shows, Genres  etc...

 

Now when I click on TV it takes me to a screen listing all of the shows, and dosen't even show me the above menu to select Genres, or suggestions etc.   The only way that menu will come up, is if I select a show from the list then the menu appears.

 

This is happening with my Music, Movies and Shows.   I would like to get the full functionality back, because it also affects my android TV and Android Phone Apps.

I would check the content type for each folder under the library.i had simular issue when I reinstalled my server and used the plug in server configuration backup to restore my libray. It added all my folders but put the content type as unset.
