Supporter Key not working

I cannot get my key to work.  I have pasted it and typed it multiple times but keeps coming back invalid.  I am currently on month to month trying it out and now it is not working.  I got an email from both emby and Paypal confirming renewal and payment about a week ago.  

 

I have requested the key to be resent hoping it would generate a new key but same key was sent and had same results trying to enter it. 

 

Any ideas???

Yea post the server log, because it might be something like that. the path is displayed on the front page of the server dashboard.
