Repeat commands

I've added some new GeneralCommands that you can add support for in your apps:

 

SetRepeatMode

 

that takes a param of RepeatMode, which can be

 

RepeatOne

RepeatAll

RepeatNone

 

Recall that all commands are assumed unsupported unless you indicate. So all media playing apps can add these features, and those who accept remote control commands can also allow them to be controlled. 

 

In addition, playback start and progress check-ins now have a property:

RepeatMode - RepeatNone, RepeatAll, RepeatOne. Default of course is RepeatNone.
