Library issue involving one TV show but two different media folders

hello,

 

I have 2 different media folders setup, one for current season shows and another folder for archive seasons...

 

Example

 

D:/TV Shows/Arrow ---- which would have season 03 of arrow

E:/TV Shows/Arrow ---- which would have seasons 1 and 2

 

I came from using Plex, and with Plex it would detect it as the same show and show in library as one show. With Emby it scans them into the library but they are separating the show, which shows arrow twice in the library. How do combine it to show only as one show in the library?
