QcGix 5 Posted July 23, 2015 Posted July 23, 2015 Hi, I am currently using Emby on QNAP version 3.0.5675.1 with Mono 4.0.1. I originaly installed Emby version v3.0.5667.6. I scan my whole library (203 movies, 2 TV Shows and 96 games) and everything worked well. Then I added my Music collection (23194 songs) which is perfectly tagged and every song has embedded album art. In the metadata settings menu for "Music Albums", I checked both MusicBrainz and The AudioDB for Metadata downloaders (I think it's default anyway) and I kept only "Image Extractor" as the Image fetchers as I assumed that this is the service that is able to extract the embedded Album art. I scanned my music library and 70% of the album art were showing. For the other it was either showing Undefined X Undefined or there was no album art at all. I then updated to v3.0.5675.1. I was able to manually do a Advanced refresh for most of the missing album art and it worked. Now I have four albums which have issues. Blink 182 - Dude Ranch : Show undefined X undefined with no imagesJimmy Eat World - Static Prevails : Show undefined X undefined with no imagesPendulum - In Silico : Show half the album art. The bottom half is grey. Won't fix it even if I Advanced refresh with the replace image optionPlume Latraverse- Chansous pour toutes sortes de monde - No image at all/No undefined X undefined either. I attached the log after rebooting and trying to do an Advanced refresh of those albums. In the log I saw a few errors with some folder.jpg in Share\MD0_DATA\Settings\Emby\metadata\library which is my cache location. I manually deleted those folders and tried refreshing again but I have the same results... Can someone help me? Thanks! PS: Emby is awesome! Thanks for the good work! Log.txt
QcGix 5 Posted July 23, 2015 Author Posted July 23, 2015 I attached two screenshots. The one named Undefined is what I see in the Metadata Manager and the other one is the result on the album view. Thanks!
