Folders and Icons - need help

Hi all,

 

wonderful got the server up and running and love it.

 

I wanted to add a image to the movies folder and one to Series.

How should i do that ?  Where to put the image on the server ? (sorry i know basic questions but i have searched and searched)

 

I read many guides and messages but i cant figure it out where exactly should i now put that picture, most mention the by genres etc..but i wanted to add a picture to the main folder i made called movies.

 

Also i cannot find the IBN folder where is that supposed to be ? I scanned the entire drive its not there (linux here)

Hi,

 

So i checked everywhere and sorry still could not find it. How do i change the top folder  picture (aka movies or tvseries) ? I tried in the metadata manager but they do not show up the custom images for the top folder, whatever i uploaded.  So could anyone tell me where i have to uploaded it to and to what folder ?

I also do not have a imagebyname folder but a ProgramData-Server/metadata/ folder.

 

Hope someone can help. to customize my top folders, would be really appreciated.

Hi

 

After you uploaded the image in the metadata folder, did you click Save on the Metadata tab for that folder? I had the same issue and mine only started to work

when I started doing that.
