How to recreate Folders pictures after modifications ?

Hello,

I had a folder with all my movies but I created another one to move all my animes in. 

My issue is that the picture created automatically by emby for this folder on my home is still the same, showing in fact only animes while these animes are now in another folder.

Is there a way to force the creation of the cover again ?
