Luke 42077 Posted November 23, 2013 Posted November 23, 2013 well even though they're unc paths, it appears both clients are unable to access those locations.
chrisryan 0 Posted November 23, 2013 Author Posted November 23, 2013 (edited) is there any logs that i can grab to see whats stopping it ive never had this issue before so dont understand why its started happening if it makes any difference i can access the trailers which is done via the plugin Edited November 23, 2013 by chrisryan
Luke 42077 Posted November 23, 2013 Posted November 23, 2013 yea check the server log for errors. trailers stream from the internet so your file system has nothing to do with it.
chrisryan 0 Posted November 23, 2013 Author Posted November 23, 2013 ok i deleted all logs and tried another couple of videos and have this server-63520823602.log
chrisryan 0 Posted November 23, 2013 Author Posted November 23, 2013 cheers for the help luke i uninstalled everything and started again all seems to be working correct now for some strange reason but im not going to argue lol only thing i can think was a corrupt server install maybe but a big thanks again
