Problems logging in to media server

Hi

 

I have my own user on the server. I can play locally and through app.emby.media.

 

The problem I have is loggin on directly to my servers url. All I get is user or password incorrect.

I tried changing it locally and centrally. Doesn't matter.

I also added a guest user that gets the same when going directly to the server. And from app.emby.media she get "Connection refused" I don't get that.

Firewall has both upnp openings and manual nat-forwarding configured for 8096 and 8920 for both udp and tcp.

 

What could be wrong here?

if you try again accessing it directly, what if you go through the forgot password process. does it work then?
