Reports Issue In 3.0.5675.1 - NullReferenceException

I've come across an issue with reports in the latest stable release web interface and it's related to both titles and overviews containing characters like % and ". If these characters are present in either string, the specific page of reports which contains media with either titles or characters containing reserved characters. It will fail to render, but not error either. For example if on page 101-200 of a report, and you click to go to a page containing media with this issue, it won't go to that page, it'll stay on 101-200. If you click next again you get taken to page 301-400, skipping the problem page. If you try and export to excel or csv, you get a nullreferenceexception, object ref not set error thrown in the UI. I'm guessing its just a case of needing to escape those chars prior to them being rendered on the report pages and exports.
