Spaceboy 2573 Posted July 18, 2015 Posted July 18, 2015 Hi, logged n as an admin on Version 3.0.5676.39139 i don't see the option for "reports" available anymore. ive seen it previously so maybe its moved but i just can't see it in the home menu or the settings. cheers
Happy2Play 9783 Posted July 18, 2015 Posted July 18, 2015 (edited) Others have reported this, but I am not seeing it. Have you tried force refreshing cache? Are you still able to open the reports.html (localhost:8096/web/reports.html)? it's hidden from mobile because i don't feel the layout is ready for mobile. so maybe the browser is being incorrectly detected as mobile. DGMayor 90 Posted July 20, 2015 Posted July 20, 2015 My laptop has a touch screen so it detects as a mobile device, so I'm no longer getting reports on it.
Deathsquirrel 745 Posted July 20, 2015 Posted July 20, 2015 My laptop has a touch screen so it detects as a mobile device, so I'm no longer getting reports on it. It can't simply be the touchscreen. I get the reports option on our surface pro 3s. Haven't tried the 2.
Raff 51 Posted July 20, 2015 Posted July 20, 2015 My Surface Pro 2 running IE11 does not show reports either. This can't be screen resolution, since my SP2 runs at 1080 like my TV and computer monitor.
Danee 57 Posted July 20, 2015 Posted July 20, 2015 Same for me on my iPad, it does show on my laptop (win 7, with touchscreen) when using Chrome, haven't tested IE.
Happy2Play 9783 Posted July 20, 2015 Posted July 20, 2015 (edited) Currently this is by design. From Alpha Area it's hidden from mobile browsers until i feel the layout is mobile friendly enough Edited July 20, 2015 by Happy2Play
Raff 51 Posted July 21, 2015 Posted July 21, 2015 Currently this is by design. My Surface Pro 2 isn't really a "mobile device" and neither is the laptop mentioned up-thread. Both have the screen real estate and controls to manage reports. It doesn't appear to be "has a touch screen" since the Pro 3 does work, so I'm guessing browser version? Regardless, there appears to be a bug in the mobile detection.

My laptop is an HP Elitebook, so the screensize is slightly larger, but has a much lower resolution then my iPad has. Also, I don't see any mouseover events or context menu's in the reports, so I don't beleive I would be missing something on my iPad. I mainly use it to see if there are movies in my collection which don't have a dutch age set so I can go to the tmdb site and correct them, to bad I have to get my laptop to do that now.
