plazma 13 Posted July 16, 2015 Posted July 16, 2015 Sorry if this has been already requested, but I really like in wmc having a clock in the interface. Running emby web client a lot recently I find myself constantly waking my phone to get the time. This would be relatively simple to add in (option on user config to turn on/off), and would just use client side time. Ideally this would be on the top bar at all times. Just a suggestion, but for me at least its something I would find pretty useful. 1
SilentAssassin 96 Posted July 17, 2015 Posted July 17, 2015 Surely if you're using the web interface you are doing this from a Windows device which has a clock in the system tray (bottom right). If you're using a mobile OS then the clock is usually displayed at the top.
jordy 284 Posted July 17, 2015 Posted July 17, 2015 yes they do, but if you are running the web interface in full screen mode, the taskbar and it's clock are no longer visible.
plazma 13 Posted July 17, 2015 Author Posted July 17, 2015 (edited) Actually no, desktop platforms (in browser full screen mode) no clock having to exit out of full screen or use alt tab is even worse). on Android for example many launchers no give the option to hide status bar on app launch, android set top boxes this is common place, on a phone its different.. Hency why I said it would be user configurable, for some people no, for me the majority of access devices the clock / time is gone when im in emby. lol sorry double post you beat me to it hehe.
