Help with shortcut not showing up.

Does Emby server for Linux have issues with pointing to media through shortcuts? Here is my issue. I have a folder that spans all disks on my UNRAID array called MOVIES. Movies have 4 subfolders which are broken down as follows.

1.      Movies by Genre

a.      Adventure folder

                 i.     Shortcuts to all adventure movies

b.      Drama folder

                 i.     Shortcuts to all Drama movies

c.       ETC….

2.      Box Sets

a.      Aliens [boxset]

                 i.     Shortcuts to each alien film

b.      Blade [boxset]

                 i.     Shortcuts to each Blade film

c.      ETC....

3.      Movies

a.      ALL MKV files of all DVD and B-ray rips (700 movies)

4.      TV

a.      Under the Dome folder

                 i.     Season 1

              MKV files of Season 1

                ii.     Season 2

              MKV files of Season 2

b.      The Walking Dead

                 i.     Season 1

             MKV files of Season 1

                ii.     Season 2

             MKV files of Season 2

So running Emby server on my HTPC all 4 folders work fine. All movies show up as it should. My issue is when I switch to the Emby server running on Linux (Unraid) the media under Movies Folder and TV Folder appear and play correctly. Under Movies by Genre (any of the sub categories) or Box Sets the icons show up but no films/movies show up. To test I placed an actual movie instead of a shortcut in one of those folders and that one movie showed up under the adventure folder where I put it in. So it looks like it is scanning that folder for media. But pointing to movie shortcuts does not work. Is this a limitation on the Linux version or is something not correct? Is anyone here using shortcuts to point to media successfully using the Linux Docker? I will try to post a log later on.

volume mapped the container as follows

/cofig                    /mnt/cache/appdata/emby/

/mnt                     /mnt

/Movies                /mnt/user/movies/

/Video                  /mnt/user/video/

Thanks for your help,

Larry
