Cannot install repository on Fedora

I'm running an Amahi 7 server based on Fedora 19. I'm fairly new to linux, and I tried to install the Media Browser Server repository from the install page it failed -- yum said "Cannot open: MediaBrowserServer-repositories.noarch.rpm. Skipping." I tried looking through the forums and found what I think is an older repository, which I was able to install successfully, but then the install of Emby failed later on, saying that the Imagemagick package  "Requires: libpng16.so.16(PNG16_0)(64bit)"

 

Any tips on this? Thanks!
