zidge1751 2 Posted July 12, 2015 Posted July 12, 2015 I dont know how to solve this. Basically I hated the fact that the metadata went in to my video library(makes a complete mess in there) I did not see the advanced options to select a different place or to have the images and system information files hidden. I went in and deleted all the .jpgs .pngs and system information files from my video folders. Now I cant get the metadata back. Without the meta data it is hard to use the emby app on roku. I even tried deleting all my media folders and putting them back in.
Happy2Play 9783 Posted July 12, 2015 Posted July 12, 2015 Look at the metadata menu. You have an option to save metadata into media folder. If you look at the metadata-advanced menu you will see an option to hide metadata and images. If you want to select a folder where metadata will be stored ensure save metadata into media folder is unchecked and go to metadata-advanced and set path. For deleted metadata issue, go to metadata manager and select your library folder, then advance refresh (look at your drop-down options).
zidge1751 2 Posted July 12, 2015 Author Posted July 12, 2015 (edited) I tried all of that but am still missing most of the data that was there before I deleted everything. Its showing that I am missing the images and advance refresh does nothing I have refresh all data and replace missing images and ok I click ok and nothing happens Edited July 12, 2015 by zidge1751
