2012 R2 Setup Issue

I have a brand new, domain joined 2012r2 server with no AV, UAC off, logged in as domain admin, and I cannot configure Emby.

 

I can install Emby without issues, using Run As Administrator, and it installs but when it goes to open the page to configure Emby server it is blank.  It is blank if i try to access it from another PC as well.

 

I have set trusted to low and added localhost, firewall is off.  I have tried removing and reinstalling and still end up with the same problem.  I installed Firefox and it sees the same thing.

 

Any thoughts as to what else i can try?

After several hours of trying to get Emby responding, I gave up and went back to Server 2008.  Works now.

I would try going to loacal server in server manager and in the properties pane turn OFF IE enhanced security configuration for both users and administrators.

Internet Explorer on any verison of windows server is a pain in the ass, most of the time I just install chrome when I need it and remove it when im done, no more add this add that head aches.
