Album artists and albums not dowloading info

I've been having a problem recently where some album artists and some albums won't download info from the internet even when I provide the specific MusicBrainz info.  This isn't happening for obscure artists--Adele is an artist where the info never fills even though I have provided all of the Musicbrainz info.  The update circle goes around and around and nothing ever fills in.  I thought it might be a Firefox issue so I tried Emby on Chrome but the same thing kept happening.  I'm using Emby Version 3.0.5666.4 on a Windows 7 computer.  My preferred browser is Firefox.
