matt_ttam123 6 Posted July 10, 2015 Posted July 10, 2015 It seems that it never actually searches for the title, which makes me then end up going onto the moviedb getting the id and searching that which yields a result with the same name that I typed into the name box when making a new collection. 3
AmericanCrisis 28 Posted July 12, 2015 Posted July 12, 2015 I'm having the same problem. How do you get the ID from themoviedb? I cannot seem to find it (for Lord of the Rings). I don't mind fixing it by using the ID as I don't have many collections.

You should be able to see this in any of the movies metadata also. https://www.themoviedb.org/collection/119-the-lord-of-the-rings-collection?language=en
Luke 42081 Posted July 12, 2015 Posted July 12, 2015 i think there is a bug that needs to be reported to themoviedb. any volunteers? The collection search api http://api.themoviedb.org/3/search/collection?api_key={apikey}&query=the+lord+of+the+rings+collection&language=en returns {"page":1,"results":[],"total_pages":1,"total_results":2} saying there's 2 results, but the results aren't provided in the list. 1

Happy2Play 9783 Posted July 13, 2015 Posted July 13, 2015 The fix for this is being deployed right now. Results will start working as soon as the cached items start expiring from cache (~4 hours). This appears to fixed with my test, can someone else verify. i think there is a bug that needs to be reported to themoviedb. any volunteers? Now returns {"page":1,"results":[{"id":141290,"backdrop_path":"/uUG532EWfyhtKDzsA0sLb1PsHhL.jpg","name":"The Lord of the Rings Animated Collection","poster_path":"/pQuazFOlGRdn2Lb3oWFJYPeASOc.jpg"},{"id":119,"backdrop_path":"/bccR2CGTWVVSZAG0yqmy3DIvhTX.jpg","name":"The Lord of the Rings Collection","poster_path":"/p4UokEk2XnjjRTdXGe6DLYXlbI1.jpg"}],"total_pages":1,"total_results":2} 3
