Mutiple music disc sets not being separated by disc number

I have followed the guides that I have found in the forums on CD tagging/disc numbering, but for some reason multiple disc sets don't get separated by disc number when displayed through my Emby server.

 

A few multiple disc sets actually do get separated, but most others don't. All my music is ripped via iTunes and all disc numbers (disc 1 of 4, etc.) are in place.

 

Any ideas or suggestions?

If you look at the problem tracks in MP3Tag or something similar do they show the disc numbers correctly?  Using MP3Tag the Discnumber value should just be the number of the disc, 1 rather than '1 of 4' for example.

I have a mixture of just the disc number "1" , "2" , etc and "1/x" , "2/x" , etc.  I know at least those two work
