nextup no working for me

i am using arctic custom version,

and the addon nextup doesnt do anything.

is there something that i am missing?

Please post about this with the relevant Kodi log in the correct thread on the Kodi forums (see my signature). For user @@yakirp88 he/she was using strm files which are not fully supported by the next up addon.
