Cast and crew have disapeared for movies and TV shows. Right clicking "manage server" or gear icon don't give the option to open in new window or tab. Not browser specific.

Renaming the people folder under imagebyname on the server and rescanning results in no data being pulled as far as I can tell ?

Okay, I am still on the release version but testing this I have found: 1. Yes the gear icon on 3.0.5641.4 does present the normal link menu ("Open link...") in Chrome. Does the menu not show up or is it missing the tab option? 2. Manage Server opens the current page in my version also. So this is not a regression bug but something that has been around for at least two versions. 3. I don't have a large collection, but I don't have all my People scanned after a couple of weeks. It looks like one of the metadata providers is capping the number of requests and starts responding with an error. For stuff and people I care about, I refresh by hand and figure the rest will get populated eventually. One of the other things I noticed is that the "profile" that is picked isn't always the best profile - for some people I get a provider ID, but no info or image, only to find it was the wrong one when Identifying manually.

I did a quick look in the logs and didnt see any 429's though?

'People images' issue is odd... - I have ~37k (non-empty) folders in \metadata\people... some w/ image, all with .xml. - In web client: -- Under Movies > People, only 448 are listed.... some w/ image, all with .xml. -- When browsing (any) movie cast info (when it appears) & selecting a cast member (with image) , IF the cast member is listed in Movies > People, a list of other movies they've appeared in is displayed, otherwise no list. -- Some movies list no cast info at all. - Same for E4WMC client. Same here, now I' m running and update for all missing metadata via metadata manager. One by one cast & Crew coming back for updated ones. In fact it appears that if I manually select a refresh people that it doens't even run. Server dashboard says it took 1 sec to carry out the scan. See log below. Tranquil 94 Posted July 10, 2015 Posted July 10, 2015 Hm, Cast reloading is working fine on my .3 version. Maybe a problem with your Cast-Folderpath? Also no problem with the hourglas animation.
AdrianW 1058 Posted July 10, 2015 Posted July 10, 2015 Have you guys tested clicking on cast members to see their other movies / series ? A few work for me, but most return an empty list, even though I know I have multiple movies with the same actor.
Tranquil 94 Posted July 10, 2015 Posted July 10, 2015 You are right. There are only information about the actor but not about additional movies or tv shows. Maybe this is due to the fact, that the searchbox is also broken and does not return any results!?
