Can't play certain files in Web Player - Works on Android

I've never had an issue where a video file won't play in the web browser but still works and plays in the Android app so I'm not sure what's going on here. Logs are attatched.

 

You can definately see it failing at least here:

And here:

Error while opening encoder for output stream #0:1 - maybe incorrect parameters such as bit_rate, rate, width or height

I can't find anything wrong with the encoding and it also plays on Android.
