Cannot see LiveTV in Main Menu

Recently purchased 8.1 client and cannot see any option to watch Live TV in the main menu (can see my movies and tv shows).   I am connected to a local backend and Live TV is working fine from the same PC through the Web Interface.  Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry if you already tried this..

 

A couple of quick basic troubleshooting questions, are you using the same account in the web and the app?  Live TV is a service under user preferences that needs to be checked for each user.

 

What version of the app and server are you on? Are you using Connect?

Thanks checked all that.  Tried against a different backend and that seemed to work.  Will reinstall my main Emby Server and see how that goes.
