Do you have the nfs-common package installed on your Mint box?

Not sure, how do I find out if they are.

 

Edit, they were not, but are now, so yes I do

So I bet it works now.  Run sudo mount -t nfs server_IP_addr:/share_name /local_mount_point

Is it a SOLVED button I am looking for, as all I see is buttons for: MultiQuote and Quote

 

My problem has now been SOLVED, but I can't that particular button
