Media Scan keeps getting stuck at 75%

I am running Emby Server 3.0.5641.5 on an Ubuntu Docker image.  Ever since I updated to the latest server version and enabled email alerts, the scan has been getting stuck at 75%.  Stopping the scan and running it again has no effect, nor does restarting the server. I enabled debug logging, but I'm not sure where to go to read the logs and look for the cause of the hang.

 

EDIT: Apparently I'm just too impatient.  After my most recent restart of the service, the scan finished.  It did take several minutes to get past 75%, but it has updated my library with a few new movies and TV shows.
