Playlist order songs

Hello,

 

I have not been able to order the songs in a playlist. It seems to me when the song is added, it is always added last and there is no way to move a song in the beginning of the list. I can click on a song and then move it (drag and drop) but I can't drop it anywhere.

Am I missing something?
