ifa 0 Posted June 26, 2015 Posted June 26, 2015 hi. i'm using emby on my freenas 9.3. after my tv at the new movie to the server does not detect the movies. when i reset emby my tv detect new movies. any ideas ?

kjp4756 41 Posted July 4, 2015 Posted July 4, 2015 The real time file monitor doesn't seem to work on freenas/freebsd. One way to work around the issue is to run the library scan scheduled task more frequently. It defaults to every 6 hours and when emby first starts.
Magnus33 1 Posted July 4, 2015 Posted July 4, 2015 Do to the nature of freenas setup getting real time monitor working involved a serious amount of tinkering. (updates can bork it so its not worth the effort) It simpler just to do as mentioned above and set it to scan the more often.
