Active Device Info

Hi, using Chrome i used to get information within the active device window when you hovered over the window showing stream information. i havent seen this for about 6 months and i'm now trying to troubleshoot why some devices are transcoding but without this info its quite tricky. is this known? cheers

I have the same issue with ROKU's only and only with LiveTV viewing on them.  I posted about it a while ago but never got any responses.
