Revenent 15 Posted June 23, 2015 Posted June 23, 2015 Just added a new series and when I look at the cast & crew information, it's missing some of the characters. The information is in the series.xml file, but neither the page for the series or the metadata editor shows the missing characters. (I've attached the series.xml file - the missing characters are "Ais Wallenstein" and "Bell Cranel".) Does this information get saved elsewhere? Is the series.xml not used? Thanks! series.xml

Revenent 15 Posted June 23, 2015 Author Posted June 23, 2015 It's NFO first, but I turn off the NFO generator, so XML is the only thing that is created.
Happy2Play 9782 Posted June 23, 2015 Posted June 23, 2015 Added your xml to series folder and performed a library scan, did a refresh on actors to get image instead of a People refresh.
Revenent 15 Posted June 23, 2015 Author Posted June 23, 2015 Hmmm. I did a refresh, and now I'm getting even less data... The series.xml is getting overridden with something, and I'm getting less data. I'm going to try to wipe out the metadata and try again.
Revenent 15 Posted June 23, 2015 Author Posted June 23, 2015 Ah, for some reason, it lost the anidb ID - added it back in and I'm getting the same XML file as before. But still missing characters. At least it is consistent... Is there anything in the logs that could help explain why I don't see all the characters?
