z0mbi 76 Posted June 22, 2015 Posted June 22, 2015 (edited) Hey guys. Just installed Isenguard Beta 2 (and emby beta 1.0.13) and am having some problems. My emby library goes through the entire sync process for movies, and then errors out right at the end of it. When I try to exit Kodi afer this happens, it just hangs for about 10 minutes before it quits. Please find attached my log. I hope you don't mind, but I snipped out most of the 13MB of library update text thinking it was probably irrelevant. Also, I killed the process at the end because it was hung up. *edit: removed log Edited June 23, 2015 by z0mbi
Angelblue05 4132 Posted June 23, 2015 Posted June 23, 2015 In add-on setting, disable auto add image to cache under sync options. Hopefully this will allow it to complete the sync. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 1
z0mbi 76 Posted June 23, 2015 Author Posted June 23, 2015 I could kiss you, Angel. It's like you follow me around and solve all my problems. 2

I don't have this option? I get the same Emby script crash when I try to sync. My folders show up but there is no content in them kodi.log Edited June 25, 2015 by poppy10
poppy10 0 Posted June 25, 2015 Posted June 25, 2015 (edited) UPDATE: I thought the repo would give you the latest version but apparently I'm 14 versions behind! I was on 1.0.0 Manually installed beta 1.0.14 and all seems to be working ok I can now see all my files but not play any of them. New log below kodi.log Edited June 25, 2015 by poppy10
Angelblue05 4132 Posted June 25, 2015 Posted June 25, 2015 Are you able to play content in your emby web client? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
xnappo 1611 Posted June 26, 2015 Posted June 26, 2015 (edited) Looks to me like you might not have your paths set up right in Emby. In your movies section does it have: \\server\share\Movies or D:\Movies If it is the latter, you need to change to the top version and resync the database. xnappo Edited June 26, 2015 by xnappo
poppy10 0 Posted June 29, 2015 Posted June 29, 2015 (edited) Are you able to play content in your emby web client? Yes, playing on the emby web client works fine, as does using the android app on my phone Looks to me like you might not have your paths set up right in Emby. In your movies section does it have: \\server\share\Movies or D:\Movies If it is the latter, you need to change to the top version and resync the database. xnappo My movie files are local, on the same machine the Emby server is installed on. Do I still need to put \\SERVERNAME\Movies or can't I just use the local hard drive letter? Using the network path seems like it would use a network connection to access each of the files which seems redundant when they are just sitting on the internal hard drive Edited June 29, 2015 by poppy10
xnappo 1611 Posted June 29, 2015 Posted June 29, 2015 Use the network path. Your computer is smart enough to know it is local.
