Playing music

I just added some songs to my library on emby. Problem is is that they are not showing up when I access them through the server. I can get to their folder but it just says it's empty. I imagine this is a simple solution/answer, it just escapes me! Is there a format that it needs to be in that isn't mp3?

 

Emby would be convenient, but if there is another roku app better/recommended for playing music from the computer, I am opeb to that as well.
