trouble installing emby 3.0.5641

Hello,

i'm having trouble installing emby 3.0.5641 on my win 7 dell laptop.i can download the exe file with no problem, just the  installatioon part is giving me a hard time brcause after  pressing run i get a error message that says:

 

An eror occured attempting to installing Media zBrowser Seerver Installer

 

wtith a detail button. Upon pressing the details button this appears:  

 

An error occurred trying to download 'http://www.mb3admin.com/downloads/release/server/MediaBrowser.Server.Installer.application'.

Then following this path i get this message:

Make sure your firewall isn't blocking internet access and see: Cannot Install Server or MBT/MBC
