server stop working after restart's

hi

the topic says the most

i wherry often getting a non responsive server and when i try to exit it via the tray icon i always get a HttpListner error 

the only thing that seams to help is to re-install the server on top of the other install

the server is running on a intel Nuc with 16 gig ram 120 gig ssd and windows 8.1 all files are on a synology DS1512+ diskstation

this problem has irritated  me fore a long time.

i have't used mb3 the last 6 months (switched to xbmc was just too fed up with wmc) but have had the server running in anticipation off mbt

and now MBT is here but the server is to unreliable :-(

also in the last couple off weeks i often get's all files market as offline even when i can access them in windows or xbmc

can you translate the error message to english as well as all error messages in the log.

it's unable to authorize the http server. running as admin will fix it, but you shouldn't have to do that. if you have changed UAC settings, restore them to detault.
