In Windows7 -how to uninstalled Server completely with all traces

I just want to wipe/erase all information, settings of the media server from my windows 7.
I have used various uninstaller to removed, but each i thought I have removed everything, then reinstalled the server back, it just simple reinstate old information and settings are reinstalled each time I tried, also I noted that media Server uninstaller is corrupted.

Any idea where this seetings are located or better way of achiving this desire.

I believe everything is located in %appdata%\Mediabrowser-server.

I don't like the way I initially setup Emby and want to change from having the nfo and image files mixed in with the media files. Also would like to relocate the install from my C drive to my D drive as C is only a 64gb SSD. Can this be done without uninstalling Emby? I have no issues with uninstalling and reinstalling if it accomplishes the task.
