According to this manual (http://emby.media/community/index.php?/topic/9869-samsung-smart-tv-app-install-instructions/), it does not work. I have a second television from Samsung E series and there has work with this Manual.

ronvp 92 Posted June 22, 2015 Posted June 22, 2015 The tizen browser works, but it is a little clumsy, using the remote. The player also works. I just tried mp4 with aac sound. 1

FrostByte 5392 Posted June 23, 2015 Posted June 23, 2015 I think the confusion is that the TV is actually a 5 series TV made available in the UK and NOT an S series TV. I do not know if the app supports the TV though. I believe the app only supports D - H models (which all came after the 5s). Maybe someone else knows more
