Crestj 68 Posted June 15, 2015 Posted June 15, 2015 Is the server supposed to check periodically for new metadata for TV and Movies? I have noticed that if I go to a single movie and run an advanced refresh it sometimes adds metadata that wasn't available when the movie was first added. I can obviously run an advanced refresh from the root Movie or TV Shows folders in Metadata Manager but wondered if the server should fill these in itself?
ebr 16185 Posted June 15, 2015 Posted June 15, 2015 I know we check for new images if you have the option enabled (Metadata/Advanced/Auto Updates). I think we also try to fill in the blanks as well but it has been a while since I worked on the providers so I'm not sure if that is still the case but you might try with those options enabled.
